When Returns Are Accepted

Returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival:

    Please provide photo or video evidence within

    5 days

    of receiving your order. We will arrange for a full or partial refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect product received:

    If you receive the wrong item (wrong color or product), we will coordinate to send the correct product or issue a refund.

  • Lost or undelivered packages:

    If your package does not arrive within the maximum delivery time plus 10 days and tracking confirms the delay, we will arrange a refund.

  • Request withing the 2 weeks period of time:

    Unhappy about the product? request a return .

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns are generally not accepted in these cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Product has been used or damaged after receipt

  • No evidence of the issue is provided

  • Return request is made after the allowed time frame (14 days after receipt of order)

Return Process

  • Returns are sent back to the given adress upon return request.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • You must contact us first to get approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
